今天手动搭建Fabric-ca的时候，当执行make指令的时候报错了：
解决方法：
执行：go env -w GO111MODULE=auto
再次执行make指令：
现实成功！
tips：不太懂为什么要把代理改成auto，记得之前是可以make成功的。
