BitKeeper
BitKeeper是一套BitMover公司開發的分佈式版本控制软件，它曾是一款专有软件，其主要競爭对手是Git和Mercurial。BitMover公司總部位於美國加州坎貝爾，總裁拉里·麥沃伊，曾設計TeamWare。

歷史
2002年至2005年間，Linux內核開發團隊以BitKeeper來管理Linux內核程式碼。因為BitKeeper的公司收回了給林納斯·托瓦茲（Linus Torvalds）及Linux核心開發者的免費軟體授權，所以林納斯·托瓦茲自行開發Git取而代之。
2016年5月11日，BitKeeper宣布以Apache 2.0许可证开源。
