1、上传文件并将该文件保存到tomcate中的webapp中，报错如下
2、原因为file文件没找到
3、解决方法，若文件不存在时就创建文件
javaweb上传文件报： java.io.FileNotFoundException:xxxat java.io.FileOutputStream.open0(Native Method)
