1.查看占用80端口的pid是多少
netstat -ano|findstr 80
2.干掉进程
taskkill -9 4688
查看http服务是否异常
netsh http show servicestate
4.打开任务管理查看进程ID1020是哪个服务，我出现这个问题是因为SQL server占用了80端口，关闭SQL server服务就好了
