Ubuntu ssh 登录，有package更新提示，检查更新后，并没有更新
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -upgrade
怎么办？
之前的一篇文章中 , 提到MOTD的缓存
其实这是update-notifier update-notifier-common ，可以purge一下，重新安装，解决问题
不想显示，就直接卸载
packages can be updated ？updates are security updates？
