前不久,笔者的kaggle账号在登录时失败了,提示如下信息:
Your account is locked. Please contact support for more information.
笔者一时莫名其妙,之前一直都能够正常登录的kaggle帐号怎么就突然被锁定了?没办法,只能按照提示联系kaggle support。
给kaggle support发邮件,内容如下:
收件人:support<[email protected]>
正文:

第2天一上班,打开邮箱,发现kaggle support回复了:

意思是说我有另一个帐号也使用的同样的邮箱和手机号,一个邮箱和手机号只能对应一个帐号,因此他们建议我使用另一个。
但是我不记得我何时开过另一个kaggle账号了,而且被锁定的这个才是我一直使用的,因此我又给他们回了一封邮件:
Deer kaggle support,
To the issue 23471, I've got your reply, thanks!
According to your reply, you advice me to use account xxx1, but I can't remember when I created the account xxx1 and I never used it, and I have tried account xxx1 followed by your suggestion, but it seems something wrong.
So could you please help me delete the account xxx1 and recover the locked account xxx? Thanks very much.

之后,就又收到了一封kaggle系统自动回复的邮件。

之后又过了一天,打开邮箱,发现kaggle support发来了邮件:

我再次尝试登录,这一次就恢复正常了。
