0008-目标检测-基于keras-yolov3训练自己的数据集

数据准备

首先按照voc格式提前准备好文件夹,示例如下:

在这里插入图片描述

生成训练集/测试集,train.txt/test.txt

主要代码如下:

import os
import random

test_percent = 0.1 #可根据自己需要进行调整
train_percent = 0.9
xmlfilepath = 'Annotations'
txtsavepath = 'ImageSets\Main'
total_xml = os.listdir(xmlfilepath)

num = len(total_xml)
list = range(num)
te = int(num * test_percent)
# tr = int(num * train_percent)
test = random.sample(list, te)
# train = random.sample(trainval, tr)

ftest = open('ImageSets/Main/test.txt', 'w')
ftrain = open('ImageSets/Main/train.txt', 'w')

for i in list:
    name = total_xml[i][:-4] + '\n'
    if i in test:
        ftest.write(name)
    else:
        ftrain.write(name)

ftrain.close()
ftest.close()

定义标签名称,fish-class.txt

human_face
fish

定制属于自己数据集anchor

这里主要用到kmeans对自己对数据进行聚类所得,具体原理,以后再详细讲
