【LeetCode】387. First Unique Character in a String 字符串中的第一个唯一字符（Easy）（JAVA）

题目描述：

Given a string, find the first non-repeating character in it and return its index. If it doesn’t exist, return -1.

Examples:

s = "leetcode"
return 0.

s = "loveleetcode"
return 2.

Note: You may assume the string contains only lowercase English letters.

题目大意

给定一个字符串，找到它的第一个不重复的字符，并返回它的索引。如果不存在，则返回 -1。

提示：你可以假定该字符串只包含小写字母。

解题方法

1. 先遍历一遍把所有的字符出现的次数统计出来
2. 再从头遍历，遇到只出现一次的字母返回 index
3. note: 因为只包含小写字母，可以用一个长度 26 的数组来存次数

class Solution {
    public int firstUniqChar(String s) {
        int[] count = new int[26];
        for (int i = 0; i < s.length(); i++) {
            count[s.charAt(i) - 'a']++;
        }
        for (int i = 0; i < s.length(); i++) {
            if (count[s.charAt(i) - 'a'] == 1) return i;
        }
        return -1;
    }
}

执行耗时:7 ms,击败了82.57% 的Java用户
内存消耗:39 MB,击败了58.16% 的Java用户
