发现xml报错，URI is not registered ( Setting | Project Settings | Schemas and DTDs )”，翻译过来就是统一资源标识符没有注册。
解决步骤：
1、打开setting —》Languages & Frameworks —》 Schemas and DTDS
2、将报错的路径复制粘贴在lgnored Schemas and DTDS 里面就可以啦
