原因描述，在centos下，因插拔网口后，网口IP丢失，
其解决办法为：
# chkconfig NetworkManager off 永久关闭，网络管理状态
# systemctl disable NetworkManager 永久关闭网络管理命令
出现bug 重启方法：systemctl reboot -ff
设置内核启动顺序:grub2-set-default 0

ssh连接等待时间慢的原因
vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config
将#UseDNS yes
改为 UseDNS no
重启ssh即可解决
service sshd restart
vsftpd 本地下载慢的配置方法:
在/etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf下配置以下信息:
reverse_lookup_enable=NO
