刚才在测试环境中，改了statistics_level参数，结果没有改sga_target，结果启动的时候报错，起不来了。
SQL> startup
ORA-00824: cannot set sga_target due to existing internal settings, see alert log for more information
SQL>
网上看了一下，不少人犯错啊。自己也记录一下吧。
1、先到pfile目录找到文本格式的init文件
2、用这个文件创建spfile。 create spfile from pfile='/opt/ora10g/admin/TESTDB/pfile/init.ora.813201115957';
3、启动。 startup
正常启动。
备份一下参数文件： create pfile='/opt/ora10g/product/10.2.0/db_1/dbs/initTESTDB.ora.12222011_typical' from spfile;
修改参数，重启，正常。
alter system set statistics_level=BASIC scope=spfile;
alter system set sga_target=0 scope=spfile;
