在docker中git下载源码 报错：
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/apache/doris.git/': Failed connect to github.com:443; Connection refused
还有这种错：
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/apache/doris.git/': TCP connection reset by peer
后来在网上找 执行下面语句就好了
git config --global http.sslVerify false
