卸载 Tex Live2022

windows下的Tex安装目录（目录每个人的不一样，我这里是默认的安装位置，需要找自己的安装位置，安装时没有折腾就是默认的位置）

E:\texlive\2022\tlpkg\installer

然后运行里边的uninst.bat文件。

按理说这里就可以了，但是我还不放心，用CCleaner清理了一下注册表。

这里是为了防止一些莫名其妙的冲突，所以我们先卸载旧版再安装新版

安装 Tex Live2023

可以去官网下载镜像，也可以在清华源下载，这里选择清华源

下载好后解压到当前目录，然后双击运行 install-tl-windows.bat，接下来就是一路同意就可以安装到默认位置。

下载TEXstudo，这是一个tex的编辑器，实际上用vscode也可以，但是人生在世，何必折腾，用人家专门配置好的就行了。也是一路确定就可以

验证

验证安装引擎

安装好后，验证一下，在texlaive中，编译一下IEEE的论文模板(模板地址)，成功!
