图像样本标记工具（ImageTag），用于标记样本。
ImageTag运行在windows 系统，支持32位或64位系统，经过验证的操作系统：
windows XP
windows server 2008
windows server 2012
windows 7
ImageTag的安装过程：
1.将依赖的OpenCV库文件复制到系统运行库目录
32位系统：C:\Windows\System32
64位系统：C:\Windows\SysWOW64
2.将 “图像样本标记工具” 文件夹 复制到本地硬盘上，例如桌面上，之后即可使用。
