log4.net 配置 - 自定义过滤器按LoggerName过滤日志

本来研究使用 PropertyFilter 来实现,后来研究发现一直不能成功,源代码debug了一下发现为null,时间关系只好用 StringMatchFilter 的源码自己改一下。

使用和配置和 StringMatchFilter 相同
