使用UIImagePickerViewController调用系统相机，当系统相机按钮为英文时。
在 info.plist 中添加 Localization native development region（设置APP语言） 一项，值填 China .
或者是添加另一项 Localized resources can be mixed YES.
经过我的测试，两种都可以是英文变为中文。
