1、svn插件：
使用eclipse中help菜单的“Install New Software”,在“work with”栏目中输入：http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x
点击add，然后select all，开始下载，结束。
2、properties插件：
与安装svn相同，在“work with”栏目中输入：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/ ，点击add，然后选择最后一个，开始下载，结束。
