open browser后面Argument参数配置，以谷歌浏览器为例
第一个：填需要打开的地址url
第二个：浏览器类型 火狐浏览器：ff 谷歌浏览器：gc
配置浏览器的环境变量Path：如
Chrome:C:\Users\wyx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application
下载chromeDriver
在python的安装目录下也放chromedriver
