首先我在“cmd”中运行“jupyter notebook”，出现了“jupyter”不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件；说明我们还没有安装（首先要安装python）。
直接在“cmd”中输入“pip install jupyter notebook”等待运行结束。就安装成功；我们就可以输入“jupyter notebook”就能进入网页交互。
