org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: IOException parsing XML document from class path resource [springmvc-config.xml]; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: class path resource [springmvc-config.xml] cannot be opened because it does not exist
这种类型的报错有可能与配置文件路径有关。因为文件放置的位置有问题
应该将配置文件放在src下面而不是包下面
错误的路径访问，控制台没报错但就是没运行出自己想要 的结果
