背景：安装zabbix的是时候需要使用中文环境，需要修mariadb默认字符集为utf8
配置参数：修改mariadb的配置文件/etc/my.cnf,在[mysqld]中增加character_set_server=utf8
[root@master10 ~]# sed -n '/utf8/p' /etc/my.cnf
character_set_server=utf8
