jsp中的$/%说明
%{ }：
相当于EL里的${}，%{ }是有struts的标签是用的，如:<s:property value="%{var}"/>. var就是action传过来的变量，但这个变量要action里有对应的getter和setter 对于jsp就是相当于<%= %>
