繁荣国家数学教育，坚持“知识共享”许可原则
    上世纪60年代，鲁宾逊创立非标准分析。由此，鲁宾逊与当时的许多数学家坚信非标准数学将会促进传统的标准数学的发展。历史事实也证明了这一点。
    进入二十一世纪，于2001年1月15日，“知识共享”许可协议（CC by 3。0、4.0）出现，对数学创作产生重大影响。
站在此刻时间“节点”上，谈论繁荣国家数学教育离不开“知识共享”许可协议的作用，否则，是脱离实际的空谈。
实际情况是，2001年，鲁宾逊微积分教材最早宣布遵循“知识共享”许可协议，允许数学创作内容相互“分享”与混合“改编”，极大地促进了现代数学教育事业的发展与繁荣，我们国家亦不例外。
2018年8月10日至今，向全国普通高校投放电子版非标准微积分教材（992页）已经完成4轮。今天，第五轮投放已经启动。
    我们认为，繁荣国家数学教育，坚持“知识共享”许可原则，拒绝创作“私有”。
