OEL x64 5.6 ,原带的subverion-1.6.11,因要需要1.7.0 以上，实地安装了一把以记。
下载subverion-1.7.3.tar.gz,apr,apr-util,解压安装。下载sqlite-amalgamation 3.7.9以 上版本，解压subversion-1.7.3,cd subverion-1.7.3
mkdir sqlite-amalgamation,cp ../sqlite-amalgamation/sqlite3.c ./sqlite-amalgamation,
./confiugre --with-apr=/usr/local/apr --with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr --without-berkeley-db,不用berkeley-db,make && make install,
svn --verion,1.7.3 ok
