xshell启动的时候报initialize flexnet service failed error code 50003

每次启动xshell的时候，报initialize flexnet service failed error code 50003，弹出一个这样的窗口，虽然说点击确定一下，不影响该工具的使用。但是每次弹出这样的一个窗口，比较厌烦。

出现的原因
新版 Xshell 需要 FlexNet Licensing Service 来验证授权 (Activation Licensing Service)，而 Xshell 便携版并没有安装此

服务，因此在启动时会弹出如下的错误提示

执行里面的！-Install.bat文件和FNPLicensingService.exe
