IT之家12月24日消息 日前，在金山集团三十周年庆典上，雷军发表演讲，分享了他的两个故事来诠释金山三十年的秘诀。这两个故事分别关于程序员和梦想。其中最有趣的就是程序员的故事。在经过从程序员到CEO的转变后，金山得到快速发展。
在谈到程序员的故事时，雷军称，金山有浓厚的程序员文化，所有人都喜欢写程序，而雷军觉得在金山写程序能成就功名伟业，所以毫不犹疑的加入金山。但是刚入金山没多久，雷军发现，金山并没有他想象的那么美好，后来金山人数扩大到100多人，求伯君让雷军暂时当着金山的总经理，雷军就白天当总经理，晚上加班干程序员。雷军心里还在想，我有没有可能在当总经理的同时还能把程序员干好？
