Camera Vertical Rotate(相机垂直旋转)

垂直的旋转(camreaHandle的x旋转的效果):要将旋转的角度控制在-40到30之间,注意不能用rotate的方法去调整角度,会发生同位角的问题到一定角度会突然跳到同位角位置。
代码增加:
