平衡数据报错java.io.IOException: Another Balancer is running.. Exiting ...
由于在页面点击取消，但是实际进程还在后台运行，解决方法如下：
ps -ef |grep hdfs.sh 之后kill掉即可
java.io.IOException: Another Balancer is running.. Exiting .
