1：URL地址是否和客户端一致。
2：为了可以使用 http://${user}:${password}@${host}:${port}/eureka/ 这种方式登录,所以必须是httpBasic。新版本丢弃了basic配置，所以需要自己重写 WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter 配置开启httpBasic。
