搭建webpack开发环境的时候，安装@babel/core一直提示“Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near '...h_time":1528832809413'”这个错误，其实是由于Windows相关缓存没有清空的原因，只需执行 npm cache clean --force这条命令清除关于它的缓存即可安装成功
npm装不上相应的包
