安卓4.4以上,针对本地图片路径转换为Bitmap为空问题处理

 

 动态计算图片的InitialSampleSize,BitmapFactory解码图片为空问题,使用方法如下

Bitmap img = BitmapUtils.getCompressedBitmap(photoPath);
