启动tomat正常，但是输入用户名和密码后进入不了index主页，报404错误，访问不到后台的方法，整理了一下思路，发现没配置web.xml

这可以说是一个低级错误了，下面关于web.xml的配置，可以正常访问后台方法了。登录成功
