今天碰到了个郁闷的问题，svn执行clean up命令时报错“Previous operation has not finished; run ‘cleanup’ if it was interrupted”。执行cleanup时候，又显示执行失败，不可能每次删掉目录重新下载啊！
解决方案：
下载sqlite-shell-win32-x86: sqlite3.exe，已打包好，在百度网盘里，具体操作步骤在里面，希望对大家有帮助
