在网上找了很多解决办法，大部分说是找到相应的—.egg-info删除该文件，可能我出现类似的问题挺多的，有时候对应的文件并没有找到，
就直接找了另一种方法解决
强制性升级，哪个库出现问题，就去给他升级
sudo pip install --ignore-installed +模块名
就这样解决了。
