启动Tomcat报错：
org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
原因之一就是spring.xml文件没有进行该配置，若是已经配置了还是报错，那么就是其他错误。
