ubuntu18.04安装
sudo dpkg -i libiperf0_3.1.3-1_amd64.deb iperf3_3.1.3-1_amd64.deb
使用方法：
服务端：iperf3 -s
客户端：iperf3 -c 10.0.3.147 -n 1000000
