Security加密——PasswordEncoder

PasswordEncorder中抽象了两个方法，一个用于对密码进行加密，一个用于对加密过的密码进行匹配

PasswordEncoder实现类——BCryptPasswordEncoder

BCryptPasswordEncoder采用bcrypt进行加密,Security提供了一个BCrypt类进行bcrypt加密

——可以使用PasswordEncoder对要保存在数据库中的密码进行加密，Security会自动对密码进行匹配
