方法一：
1.在IntelliJ IDEA 中的file菜单下，找到settings,进入 ，搜索mavaen.
方法二：
在maven安装目录%M2_HOME%下的conf目录下，有一个settings.xml文件，打开。
在xml文件的配置中，找到如下配置。

将path替换成你要修改的新本地仓库路径。刷新maven Project
