vcpkg install安装libraries文件一些错误：
最后发现提示居然是我的visual studio 2017 community没有安装英语语言包。
最后去

点击修改，选择

然后再安装

居然就好了。。。不知道是什么原理。

安装之前报错：

安装英语语言包之后再安装想要的libraries文件程序包就好了…而且不再报错
