安装
先安装ffmpeg
下载PyAV：https://github.com/mikeboers/PyAV
解压后进入其目录执行：python setup.py build --ffmpeg-dir=F:\python\ffmpeg 其中F:\python\ffmpeg是你的ffmpeg目录
python--PyAV
