问题一：
Error (169029): Pin Key_1 is incompatible with I/O bank 6. Pin uses I/O standard 2.5 V, which has a VCCIO
requirement incompatible with that bank's VCCIO setting or its other pins that use VCCIO 1.8V.
在同一BANK引脚配置中设置了不同电压值，应该是一个BANK只有一组供电，同一BANK的引脚的值只能是唯一的，
所以，只要是同一BANK的引脚的电压值应该配置为一样。
问题二:
Can't place multiple pins assigned to pin location Pin_F16 (IOPAD_X34_Y18_N2)
