系统菜单(OptionsMenu)

在res下面创建一个menu文件夹，并新建一个xml文件作为OptionMenu的布局文件

Activity重写onCreateOptionsMenu加载资源文件

上下文菜单(ContextMenu)

和上面步骤一样但是增加了一个添加长按属性并将菜单绑定到控件上
