Deploy DjangoWeb Project in CentOS

Deploy Django Web Project in CentOS
1. Install environment:
VMware version: VMware player7.1
Centos version: Centos7.0
Apache version: Httpd2.4




2. Precondition required:
2.0. Set VMware network connection as Bridge Mode, so physical host can access VMware Centos
2.1. Set nameserver in resolv.conf fie (/etc/resolv.conf) to ensure virtual host can access internet. Reboot centos and test connection. 




3. Install Httpd2.4:  
yum install httpd -y




4. Install mysql
##list the mariadb
rpm -qa|grep mariadb
******mariadb-libs-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
******mariadb-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
******mariadb-server-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
##remove the mariadb
rpm -e --nodeps mariadb-server-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
rpm -e --nodeps mariadb-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
rpm -e --nodeps mariadb-libs-5.5.35-3.el7.x86_64
##install mysql
rpm -ivh MySQL-server-5.6.27-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh MySQL-client-5.6.27-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh MySQL-devel-5.6.27-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh MySQL-shared-5.6.27-1.el7.x86_64.rpm


##start mysql
service mysql start
##To get A RANDOM PASSWORD in this file
/root/.mysql_secret
##change password and do some settings
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation






5. Install software list:
5.1 Pre-install
yum install openssl-devel
yum install httpd-devel
yum install sqlite-devel


5.2 Install Python (Python-3.4.tgz)
tar -zxvf Python-3.4.tgz
cd Python-3.4.3
./configure --enable-shared --prefix=/usr 
make
make install


5.3 Create link to python3
## delete original link
rm /usr/bin/python
##create new link
ln -s /usr/bin/python3.4 /usr/bin/python
##create the file
vim /etc/ld.so.conf.d/python3.4.conf
##add the content
/usr/lib
##run the command
ldconfig


5.4 Install pip (pip-7.1.0.tar.gz)
tar -zxvf pip-7.1.0.tar.gz
cd pip-7.1.0
python setup.py install


5.5 Install Django (Django-1.8.3.tar.gz)
##method1:
pip install django
##method2:
tar -zxvf Django-1.8.3.tar.gz
cd Django-1.8.3
python setup.py install














5.6 Install mod_wsgi (mod_wsgi-4.4.13.tar.gz)
tar -zxvf mod_wsgi-4.4.13.tar.gz
cd mod_wsgi-4.4.13
./configure --with-python=/usr/bin/python3.4
make
make install 
##create  10-wsgi.conf file in the /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d if the file not existed
vi /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/10-wsgi.conf
##add the line
LoadModule wsgi_module modules/mod_wsgi.so


5.7 Configure apache file
##Add the content in httpd.conf file (/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf) and save it.
LoadModule wsgi_module modules/mod_wsgi.so
WSGIScriptAlias / /var/www/html/django_test/django_test/wsgi.py
WSGIPythonPath /var/www/html/django_test
<Directory /var/www/html/django_test/django_test>
<Files wsgi.py>
Require all granted
</Files>
</Directory>
##Copy the django_test project to path (/var/www/html) and restart httpd service to test.




Deploy Photologue Project in CentOS Base on the Settings Above
5.8 Install django-sortedm2m (django-sortedm2m-1.0.1.tar.gz)
##method1
pip install django-sortedm2m
##method2
tar -zxvf django-sortedm2m-1.0.1.tar.gz
cd django-sortedm2m-1.0.1
python setup.py install


5.9 Install pytz (pytz-2015.4.tar.gz)
##method1
pip install pytz
##method2
tar -zxvf pytz-2015.4.tar.gz
cd pytz-2015.4
python setup.py install






5.10 Install Pillow (Pillow-2.9.0.tar.gz)
yum install –y libjpeg-devel
pip install Pillow


5.11 Install django-photologue (django-photologue-3.2.tar.gz)
##method1
pip install django-photologue
##method2
tar -zxvf django-photologue-3.2.tar.gz
cd django-photologue-3.2
python setup.py install


5.12 Install MarkupSafe (MarkupSafe-0.23.tar.gz)
##method1
pip install markupsafe
##method2
tar -zxvf MarkupSafe-0.23.tar.gz
cd MarkupSafe-0.23
python setup.py install


5.13 Install Jinja2 (Jinja2-2.7.3.tar.gz)
##method1
pip install jinja2
##method2
tar -zxvf Jinja2-2.7.3.tar.gz
cd Jinja2-2.7.3
python setup.py install


5.14 Install mysqlclient (mysqlclient-1.3.6.tar.gz)
##method1
Pip install mysqlclient
##method2
Tar –zxvf mysqlclient-1.3.6.tar.gz
Cd mysqlclient-1.3.6
Python setup.py install




















5.15 Configure apache httpd.conf file current project
##Add the content in httpd.conf file (/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf) and save it.
WSGIPythonPath /var/www/html/ylPhotography:/usr/lib/python3.4/site-packages
<VirtualHost *:80>
WSGIScriptAlias / /var/www/html/ylPhotography/ylPhotography/wsgi.py
Alias /media/ /var/www/html/ylPhotography/album/media/
Alias /static/ /var/www/html/ylPhotography/album/static/


<Directory /var/www/html/ylPhotography/ylPhotography>
<Files wsgi.py>
        Require all granted
</Files>
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>

Common Error 
Error encountered when run python:
python: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.4m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Solution:
##create the file
vim /etc/ld.so.conf.d/python3.4.conf
##add the content
/usr/lib
##run the command
ldconfig

Error encountered when run yum:
File "/usr/bin/yum", line 30
    except KeyboardInterrupt, e:
                            ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
Solution:
##Change the first line “#!/usr/bin/python” to “#!/usr/bin/python2” in yum file (/usr/bin/yum)

Solution:
##Change the first line “#!/usr/bin/python” to “#!/usr/bin/python2” in the file (/usr/libexec/urlgrabber-ext-down)

Error encountered when install pillow:
ValueError: --enable-jpeg requested but jpeg not found, aborting.
Solution:
yum install –y libjpeg-devel

Error encountered write a readonly database in linux:
attempt to write a readonly database
Solution:
##change permission for the following
            Folder of sqllite file: chmod 777
            Sqlite file: chmod 777
## run this command
sestatus
setenforce 0
