背景就不多说了，互金行业的同仁今年应该对3.2.1都很有感触；苹果是爸爸，但更大的boss其实是监管；苹果也得跟着监管走，监管要资质，核心就要解决资质问题。 很多公司多多少少都有些相关资质，只是不知道怎么用，怎么和苹果沟通而已。
接下来将对3.2.1常见问题一一解析。
首先是，大礼包。 有点懒，直接剖析，可以对照有道翻译。

We found that your app facilitates loan applications, but the seller and company names associated with your app do notreflect the financial institutionin the app or its metadata,as required by Guideline 3.2.1(viii) of the App Store Review Guidelines.
不管理财、p2p、小贷，各种都会收到这个，账号要能充分反应你们是一个“金融机构”。如果账号是科技类、金融服务类公司呢，显然不是金融机构，怎么办呢？ 想办法证明自己有相关授权，开一家公司直接的证明不见得有，但是间接的证明应该还是可以拿出来一些的吧。

- Both a copy andthe direct link to the government websiteof your Business License (营业执照)
除了营业执照副本，国家企业信用信息公示系统的链接也是必须的哦。
- A copy of the Rectification Notification issued by the relevant governing authority to your company (当地金融办 (局) 下发给贵公司的「整改通知书」附件)
整改通知书是p2p行业的，新公司不见得有，小贷公司也不会有，怎么办呢？ 金融办相关批复的红头文件也是可以的，联系下金融办出个证明不是这么难的。
- A copy of the proof that your company is connected to a bank’s depository system (银行存管证明)
和银行签订的存管协议提供下嘛，最好能把银行的金融许可证复印件提供给苹果爸爸最佳。
- Your app’s and service’s Terms & Conditions.
用户协议提供下。
- In the case of dispute, what resolution mechanism does your app and service offer? - What is your responsibility in such case? Is such responsibility stated clearly in the Terms& Conditions?
协议里的表述复制黏贴下。
- How will the involved parties trace one another?

Additionally, please ensure your app’s Support and Privacy URLs in the metadata direct users to the webpages with appropriate information.
用户隐私政策链接提供下。
Please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App StoreConnect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer ProgramLicense Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
这段是标配忽略吧。
即使以上资质都很齐全，也不见得一次性能过，审核是人，可能有时心情不爽，会给你抛出各种问题，为难你下，见招拆招，有点耐心。
比如，他会回复你：

啥意思呢？吓唬你？其实不是的，苹果不想担责任而已。所以回复时义正辞严，表示愿意承担一切法律责任即可。
比如，他会回复你：

或者
Hello,
Thank you for your response.
However, please provide the link to the government website that displays your license.
Additionally, please point to the portion of the documentation that authorizes the services available in your app.

一个意思，把执照中和金融相关字样标出来。
比如，他会回复你：

Please demonstrate the relationship between ＊＊＊ and the license in the business license provided.

软件著作权证书交一下，这个办理一个礼拜就可以搞定；或用户协议里归属关系列清楚；或者商标证明交一下。so easy。
再比如，他会回复你：

审核人员可能困了，可能眼花了，要么没看你提供的资料，要么就是漏看了，要么就是总觉得少了些什么；反正就是缺资料，怎么办呢？ 直接去问他，也是可以，就是有点浪费时间；询问的同时，把之前的资料再复制黏贴一遍给他，拜托他请仔细看。
或者，接下来这个厉害了：
Hello,

Upon further review, we found that the previously communicated issue remains unresolved.
We hope you will consider making the necessary changes to be in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines and will resubmit your revised app.

让app做些必要的改变或者适合的改变，呵呵。。。改app难道不需要花时间嘛？所以。。怼回去，据理力争，把大礼包中列的条款1、2、3、4、5、6、7.一条条列清楚把答案丢过去，告诉他们是符合要求的，不需要改。

最近ios又开始让提供 finance permit的政府链接了。。。
