$C d 0 = T - (a 1 + a 1 a + a 01) = a 0 - a 01$
$R = [(a 1 + a 1 a) * 2 + a 01 * 2 + C m 1 + C m 1 a] / (T * 2) = 1 - C m 0/ (T * 2)$

附：

hisat2_summary文件格式看起来不方便，转换一下：
